Edit Multiple Records
Have you noticed the checkboxes that now appear on the left side of your Reports (Views*), your Search results and your Find Duplicates results? These checkboxes allow you to select multiple records and apply changes to all of them at once. For example, you can change a status field, add a note, or delete them all at once!
Website Forms
Trackvia is to website forms as sliced bread is to bakers - a seemingly simple innovation that's hugely important. The majority of website forms generate emails when a website visitor clicks Submit. This leads to lots of manual cut & paste hassles, most likely into spreadsheet cells. Not so with Trackvia - our website forms send information straight into your database, with all fields properly filled out. Now you can easily create your own website forms through the Website Forms link under Tools in the Trackvia interface!
Display a Report on your Website
Your Trackvia database is full of great information - some of which you might like to share with visitors to your organization's website. With our new Display a Report feature you are able to do just that. And this isn't a static report that is frozen in time. It's a real-time report that displays the latest information that's been entered in your database. For any report simply go to edit report details and then the display options tab to set this feature!

Thumbnail Image Preview 
A picture is worth 1000 words... One of our most popular feature requests has been the ability to have your reports display thumbnail images. For example, real estate firms often use Trackvia to manage their listings, which include uploaded images of each property. Be sure to read about our Publish a Report to a Website feature below - soon you'll be able to display one or more Reports on your website for your website visitors to see, and this feature will include thumbnail image preview!
* "Reports" become "Views"
Have you ever had a boss who would edit your wording and change happy to glad? Well we're doing something like that with the name of Reports in Trackvia. Except that we think the change is fairly meaningful. Using the term Views is a better way for us to convey the fact that Trackvia allows you to slice, dice, and filter your database into many different ways of looking at it. "Reports" was a bit too stodgy, and we're moving on to Views - look for the change in the Trackvia interface soon.

Pricing Changes |

We've changed our pricing for new customers, but we want to assure our existing customers that they have the option of remaining on the old pricing plan. You can view details about our new pricing here. If you're an existing customer and you believe that it would be cheaper for you to move to the new pricing plan, just let us know and we'll get you on the new plan. However, please keep in mind that, once you move, you're on the new pricing plan for good. So, consider your long-term plans before you move - if you may add more users to your account in the future, it may turn out that the new plan will be more expensive for you. Just let us know if you'd like to make a move. | |
