In every Trackvia feature that displays a set of records, including our quick search and find duplicates features, you can select one, some, or all checkboxes next to records that you want to act on. For the records you select, you can change a field on all of them at once ("pending" to "closed"), you can add a note to all of them, or you can delete them.
This is one of those features that's so easy to use and yet so powerful that you won't know how you ever lived without it.
