Calculate Numbers Across Database Fields

Your Trackvia database allows you to create "calculated fields" by adding formulas that perform various mathematical functions across database fields. For example, if your organization is a nonprofit that tracks monthly donations, you'll want to have a "year to date" field that sums all of the donations received across all months. As soon as you update the donation total for one month, you'll notice the year to date total automatically updates. You may also want to add an average monthly donation field.
