Chris Basham, President and Chief Operating Officer
Chris Basham is a technology veteran who has founded and led several hi-tech startups, including OTO Software, Posita Power Technologies (acquired by Genscape) and Applied HR, Inc. Basham began his career as an officer in the United States Navy, and he earned his bachelors degree from the University of Oklahoma, and his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. In his free time, he enjoys training for and running marathons, where he uses the solitude to think about how TrackVia can improve the customer experience.
Matt McAdams, Ph.D., Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer
Matt McAdams had a vision for creating a single, simple way for businesses to collect organize and share their information, and in 2005 he cofounded TrackVia to turn that vision into a reality. As CTO, McAdams is responsible for identifying customer needs and reverse engineering software that meets these needs. Prior to cofounding TrackVia, McAdams was CEO of two successful software startups that he grew from concept stage to acquisition. McAdams earned his bachelors degree from highly respected Harvey Mudd College and his doctorate in Physics from the California Institute of Technology. In his free time, he enjoys peppering the rest of the leadership team with ideas for the next update to TrackVias solution.
Scott Caruso, Director
Scott Caruso is a member of the TrackVia board of directors and a general partner at Flywheel Ventures. Caruso brings a decade of angel and venture investing experience and over 25 years of technology industry experience as a founder, builder, manager and advisor to over two dozen early-stage ventures in the Internet, Software and IT arenas. A seasoned tech entrepreneur and engineer, he has particular strengths in supporting company transitions from product development to sales-driven businesses and developing effective corporate infrastructure for scale.
Mark Goines, Director
Mark Goines is a member of the TrackVia board of directors and was most recently the chief marketing officer at PassMark Security, now a unit of RSA. Goines also serves on the board, and as an investor for Credit Interlink, Benefit Street, Nolo Press, Mint.com and BullRun Financial. Previously, Goines was senior vice president and general manager of Intuits Consumer Division, leading the $200 million Quicken, Quicken.com, Quicken Insurance and Quicken Mortgage portfolio of businesses. Prior to Intuit, Goines held senior marketing roles and product strategy positions for Crocker Bank (now Wells Fargo) and Charles Schwab, innovating software and services that formed the foundation for todays online trading industry.
Brian Wallace, Director
Brian Wallace is a member of the TrackVia board of directors and is a Managing Director of Access Venture Partners, a venture capital fund investing in early stage technology companies. At Access, Wallace leads fundraising and LP relations and new media opportunities. Since 1992, Wallace has worked extensively with early stage technology companies and in venture capital finance as an attorney, investor and venture capitalist. Prior to joining Access Venture Partners, Wallace was a partner with the law firm Fairfield and Woods in Denver, Colorado, where he chaired the firms corporate department and specialized in working with early stage companies in corporate and securities law and venture capital financings.
