Pete Khanna, CEOPete is an experienced executive with a history of building and leading successful technology service businesses. Pete has a successful track record of leading companies through innovative go-to-market strategies, driving operational efficiencies, creating focused corporate strategies, building effective teams and exhibiting an unrelenting commitment to customer satisfaction. Pete most recently was President and COO of MX Logic, an email and web security company that was acquired by McAfee in 2009. Prior to that, Pete held executive positions with Inflow, a data center and managed hosting business acquired by SunGuard in 2005, and LINK-VTC, a pioneer in the videoconferencing service business, which was acquired by Global Crossing in 1995. Pete earned a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. |

Chris Basham, COO & Co-founderChris has always been on the forefront of innovations in Internet security and services-based enterprise software solutions. Just prior to helping found TrackVia, Chris was CEO and founder of OTO Software, a leader in delivering security solutions for wireless networks. Through Chris’ leadership, OTO’s flagship product, Wi-Fi Defense became one of the world’s most widely distributed wireless network security solutions, with customers in more than 35 countries, spanning the Fortune 500 to small emerging companies. Earlier, Chris was COO at Posita Power Technologies, Posita developed enterprise software to remotely monitor high voltage transmission line performance data – critical inputs for making futures and derivatives decisions for many of the world’s leading energy traders. Chris began his professional career as a jet navigator in the United States Navy. Chris earned a MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BBA from the University of Oklahoma. |

Marc Haverland, CTOMarc Haverland is a technology executive focused on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading effective technology teams. He was most recently EVP Engineering & Operations for MX Logic, delivering SaaS security solutions to over 70,000 SMB-to-Enterprise businesses representing over five million users. MX Logic was acquired by McAfee in 2009, and Marc was VP SaaS Engineering for McAfee through 2011. Previously, Marc led technology organizations at DigitalGlobe, as well as MapQuest where he was VP Engineering & Operations leading up to the company's IPO and subsequent acquisition by AOL. Marc received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado, College of Engineering and Applied Science, in Boulder, Colorado. |

Todd Benge, VP of EngineeringBenge brings to TrackVia nearly 20 years of experience in enterprise and web software development. Before joining TrackVia, Benge managed engineering at Photobucket. He co-developed the Photobucket Android application and was the lead architect of the search product, which serves more than 40 million searches every day. Prior to Photobucket, Benge was at Avaya, Inc., a global leader in enterprise communications systems that provide unified communications, contact centers, data solutions and related services. At Avaya, Benge led the user interface development team and also architected the custom integration of vendor products with Avaya reporting solutions. He has held senior technical positions at Level 3 Communications, Clarent Corporation and NeTraverse Inc. Benge earned a BS in Computer Science at Montana State University and a MS in Computer Science at the University of Colorado. |

Charles Var, VP of MarketingAfter 15 years working in Silicon Valley for the likes of Intuit, Symantec and HP, Charles headed east in 2008 to lead marketing and communications for Denver-based MX Logic. Following MX Logic’s lauded acquisition by McAfee in 2009, Charles directed strategic global marketing for the McAfee Content and Cloud Security division, raising awareness and demand for the company’s portfolio of Cloud-based email and web security solutions. His experience in Internet- or Cloud-based business solutions spans back to 2000, when he helped launch several of Intuit’s early subscription-based software services, including QuickBase and QuickBooks Online Edition. Charles earned his BA in Communications and Journalism from Chapman University in Southern California. |
